Our founders, Mike and John, have strong ties to the community and believe our clientele come first.
Michael Forman
Owner
Michael Forman has been in the automotive field for over thirty years. His post-high school life consisted of full automotive repairs and fabrication of tow truck bodies. He has won many accolades for his work in the towing industry, some of which have been published. After settling down with his family of three children and wife, Lisa, he decided to open Absolute Car Care in 1994 as a local repair facility catering to car, truck and four-wheel-drive vehicles. Mike has a real passion for automobiles. The automobile is not only his job, but his hobby as well. He has owned and built many custom cars and will continue to be involved in the industry for years to come.
John Lincoln
Automotive Technician / Manager
John Lincoln has been in the automotive field for over twenty-seven years. He attended the Keefe Technical Automotive program for his formal apprentice training. He has been in continuous training from various factory and aftermarket educational programs to keep up to date with the constant changes in the industry. Working at several dealerships, service stations and independent repair shops, John has the experience to back up his knowledge.
The national institute of Automotive Service Excellence certifies John as a Master Technician and Advanced Engine Performance.
John specializes in electronics, engine performance, driving diagnostics, emissions failure and air conditioning.
Peter Daversa
Peter is a long-time family friend. He loves to hang around. Peter is retired so he has the best of both worlds.

Joan is the glue that holds it all together. We can not say thank you enough.
